Job Details

Responsibilities :

As a Data Analyst, you will be responsible for :

1. Analyzing and interpreting complex data sets relating to the company's operation.

2. Utilizing Power BI to create comprehensive reports and visualizations that will provide insights to stakeholders.

3. Leveraging your knowledge in insurance, annuity, and life insurance to provide expert analysis and recommendations.

4. Collaborating with various teams to establish business needs and transform them into data-driven solutions.

5. Implementing data-driven strategies and improving the overall quality of business intelligence.

6. Keeping up-to-date with the latest industry trends and using this knowledge to drive the company's success.

7. Ensuring data integrity and compliance with regulations and privacy laws.

Qualifications :

The ideal candidate for the Data Analyst position should have the following qualifications :

1. A bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.

2. A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, with a focus on insurance, annuity, and life insurance.

3. Proficiency in Power BI and other Business Intelligence tools.

4. Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze complex data sets and provide actionable insights.

5. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner.

6. A problem-solving mindset, with the ability to think strategically and tackle challenges head-on.

7. A keen eye for detail and a commitment to accuracy.
