Description :

Located onsite in Brooklyn, NY, this full-time position involves direct patient care, administrative duties, and collaboration within a multidisciplinary team.

Key Responsibilities :

Facilitate efficient patient flow and care coordination.

Administer injections and perform blood draws as required.

Maintain accurate patient documentation and records.

Coordinate patient care and communicate effectively with external providers.

Ensure adherence to infection control and quality standards.

Qualifications :

Active Licensed Practical Nurse licensure in New York region.

1-2 years of experience in an ambulatory care setting.

Current certification in Basic Life Support for Healthcare Providers.

Preferred proficiency in phlebotomy.

Strong communication and organizational skills.
