Role : Technical Project Manager Contact Center Programs

Lead complex contact center initiatives with strong technical acumen.

Engage senior / executive client leadership and manage matrixed teams effectively.

Communicate confidently and operate independently with minimal guidance.

Simplify complex concepts into clear presentations for leadership.

Strong understanding of AI-driven contact center solutions.

Experience :

10+ years in project / program management, with at least 5 years in contact center or customer experience programs.

PMP or Agile / Scrum certification is a plus.
