In our 6-bed unit, you will play a critical role in ensuring optimal medical attention and support. Your expertise will make a difference as you implement patient-centered care plans and leverage cutting-edge technology to enhance patient well-being.\n\nAs an RN, you will demonstrate professional growth and clinical proficiency through your nursing practice. Key responsibilities include : \n
- Administering medications, collecting specimens, and providing clinical treatments.\n
- Documenting patient care and maintaining accurate records.\n
- Monitoring and communicating patient conditions effectively with the care team, patients, and families.\n
- Assisting patients with daily living activities such as personal hygiene, nutrition, and mobility.\n
- Collaborating across disciplines to coordinate comprehensive patient care, including referral, discharge, and emotional support.\n
- Evaluating and addressing the educational needs of patients and families, tailored to their individual circumstances.\n
- Advocating for the physical and emotional health of each patient.\n\nMinimum Qualifications : \n\nEducation : \n
- Associate's degree in nursing required\n
- Bachelor's degree in nursing preferred\n\nCertifications : \n
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required within 30 days of hire.\n
- Neonatal Resuscitation, Basic Fetal Monitoring, and STABLE certification required within 6 months of hire.\n
- ACLS certification required within 12 months of hire.\n\nLicense : \n
