• Duties / Responsibilities :
• Provide comprehensive primary healthcare services to factory employees, including diagnosing and treating acute and chronic conditions, conducting physical exams, and ensuring employees' overall well-being.
• Urgent Care : Respond promptly to and administer care for urgent on-site medical cases, accidents, and injuries.
• Interdisciplinary Care : Coordinate with off-site healthcare providers and specialists for employee referrals and continuity of care.
• Prescribing Medications : Prescribe appropriate medications following established guidelines and monitor medication management, educating patients on proper usage.
• Record-keeping : Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, documenting medical histories, treatments, and prescribed medications in accordance with legal and ethical standards.
• Compliance : Ensure compliance with relevant healthcare regulations, protocols, and industry standards, including occupational health and safety guidelines.
• Clinic Management : Manage the day-to-day operations of the clinic, including supply inventory, equipment maintenance, and administrative tasks related to patient care.
• Health Promotion : Conduct health education sessions and wellness programs to improve the overall health and well-being of employees.
• Employee Relationship Building : Work to establish relationships with factory employees, promoting trust and a compassionate healthcare environment.
