Residential Construction Technician – Residential (Residential HVAC experience preferred)

We are seeking a motivated Residential Construction Technician (HVAC experience a plus) for new home construction to join our team! In this role, you will be getting new home construction projects ready and prepared for inspections. If you enjoy hands-on work, problem solving, and working in a team environment, this is the opportunity for you.

What You’ll Do :

Read and follow job specifications, blueprints, and safety requirements.

Ensure all installations meet state and local building codes.

Work safely with tools, materials, and compressed gases.

Keep accurate job records and reports.

Travel to job sites as scheduled (company vehicle provided).

Maintain tools, equipment, and company vehicle in good working order.

Participate in ongoing training and safety meetings.

What We’re Looking For :

High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.

HVAC installation or construction experience preferred.

Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and work on ladders and in tight spaces.

Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.

Valid driver’s license with a clean record.

Professional attitude and customer-focused approach.
