The role

We are seeking a skilled Plastic Injection Processing Technician to join our production team in Phoenix Arizona. This role is responsible for setting up adjusting and optimizing molding processes to ensure consistent part quality and efficient machine performance.

As a Process Technician at IPL you will :

• Set up and start up injection molding machines molds and auxiliary equipment.
• Develop and optimize processing parameters to achieve quality and productivity goals.
• Troubleshoot molding defects (flash short shots burn marks etc.) and make process adjustments.
• Assist with mold changes and machine setups.
• Work closely with maintenance and quality teams to resolve equipment and process issues.
• Ensure compliance with all safety and quality standards.
