Job description

Overview

Our client is looking for a Senior Embedded Software Engineer to join an exciting start-up in the Clean Technology space. This role will be onsite in Somerville and you will be working on IoT devices writing C++, working with RTOS, and pushing OTA updates. This is a full-time direct-hire position.

Responsibilities

100% hands-on software development role
Write new and fix existing C++ code
Creating new Yocto Build pipelines
Work with the team to create new features / functionality

Embedded Software Engineering

Yocto Build

IoT Device Experience

Bachelor’s degree in an applicable field of study

Desirable Skills

Microcontrollers Experience

Previous Startup Experience

A passion for CleanTech / GreenTech
