As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal in a commercial real estate location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, helping to deter security-related incidents while remaining highly visible and approachable. Your role involves conducting routine patrols, providing exceptional customer service, and communicating clearly with tenants and visitors. What You'll Do :

Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and responding to emergency situations when appropriate.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, supporting a secure environment for occupants and visitors.

Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the commercial real estate location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and / or suspicious behavior.

Monitor and report on any irregularities observed during patrols, documenting incidents according to company protocols.

Communicate professionally with building occupants, visitors, and Allied Universal management regarding security-related matters.

Support access control procedures by verifying credentials and monitoring entry and exit points as required by site protocols.

Assist with emergency response activities, providing guidance and support to occupants during incidents as directed.

Minimum Requirements :

CPR and / or First Aid certification is preferred.

Customer service experience is preferred.

CPR certification is preferred.

Experience with access control and / or badge systems is preferred.

Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
