Job description3–5+ years in injection molding, including 1–2 years in leadership. Experience in medical device or consumables manufacturing. Strong knowledge of medical-grade polymers, tooling, and molding processes. Familiarity with GMP, ISO 13485, and FDA-regulated production. Bonus : RJG / Scientific Molding certification , automation or robotics experience, ERP / MES knowledge, or bilingual (English / Spanish).
Full time direct-hire Injection Molding Supervisor to lead production teams in a GMP / ISO 13485 cleanroom environment. This role combines hands-on technical leadership with a focus on process excellence, safety, and quality compliance.
What You’ll Do :
- Supervise and mentor molding technicians and operators across shifts.
- Oversee daily production to meet quality, output, and safety targets.
- Set up and optimize injection molding machines and auxiliary equipment.
- Ensure all documentation meets GMP and FDA standards.
