Manufacturing Engineer

We are seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to join a mid-sized, modern machine shop that combines the close-knit feel of a smaller team with the resources and benefits of a larger organization. This role offers exposure to a wide range of processes and technologies, with strong potential for career growth both locally and at other company locations.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and optimize manufacturing methods, tooling, and processes

Drive continuous improvement to enhance efficiency and reduce setup / cycle times

Support CAD / CAM activities and ensure process documentation is accurate

Collaborate with production teams to resolve issues and maintain quality standards

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in manufacturing or process engineering

Strong knowledge of metalworking processes, GD&T, and precision measurement tools

Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications

Self-starter with strong problem-solving skills and a collaborative mindset
