Job descriptionMaster’s degree in Counseling, Marriage and Family, Psychology, Social Work, or related field. LPC, LMFT or LCSW. Associate levels (LMSW and LPC-Associates) are welcomed to apply Must get along with Sadie (our therapy dog in training) Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills. Able to develop caseload on own and network with referral sources for possible clients Willing to work with insurance companies for client care Commitment to ethical, trauma-informed, and culturally responsive care. Bilingual (especially in languages, e.g., Spanish, Mandarin). At least 1 year of clinical experience post graduation preferred. Experience with insurance credentialling Experience with Eating disorders or other specialized populations Trained in specialized modalities (Addiction, Child Therapy / Play therapy, etc.) Willing to work with small children Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems. Networking, Resourcing, Referrals LPC Supervision if needed Autonomy in scheduling and client selection Ability to customize personal office Collaborative and supportive work environment.

Salary Range : 65 / 35 split for Associate Level, 70 / 30 split for Fully Licensed

Responsibilities
- Provide individual, family counseling, couples, and / or group sessions to clients of diverse backgrounds.
- Conduct intake assessments and develop personalized treatment plans.
- Marketing yourself to clients, community and possible referral sources
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with HIPAA and company standards.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, case managers, and community resources.
- Provide crisis intervention and risk assessments as needed.
- Participate in team meetings, supervision, and ongoing training.
