Do you love helping people find their dream home? We’re looking for an experienced real estate sales buyer’s agent to join our growing team. You’ll hunt for leads, cultivate relationships with potential customers, and assess their wants and needs to help them find that perfect property. $75,000 yearly
Responsibilities :
- Have open houses to build relationships with prospective homebuyers and introduce them to their local real estate market
- Find potential homebuyers and give them information on properties that meet their needs and fit within their budget
- Create documents such as representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases to ensure a smooth home buying process
- Follow up with prospects via email, phone, and other forms of communication to add them to the sales pipeline and generate qualified leads
- Be the main point of contact between buyer and seller to ensure a successful sale
- Participate in the weekly team meetings
- Attend at least 4 classes a month at the market center or via Zoom
- Host at least 3 open houses a month, either with another team member or on your own
- Utilize Sierra International to the fullest
- Consistent, continued efforts to connect with leads provided to you by the team and track all communications, smart plans, etc, through Sierra International
Qualifications :
Familiarity with the area real estate market conditions and current real estate trendsCandidate should have a high school diploma, bachelor’s degree preferredValid U.S. driver’s license with the ability to travel by carHas superb interpersonal and communication skillsOver 1 year of buyer’s agent or real estate experience preferredBoard membership requiredAbout Company
