Job Description\n

American Traveler is seeking an experienced Interventional Radiology Technologist with ARRT, BLS, and ACLS certifications and previous travel experience for a 13-week assignment.

\n \n Responsibilities\n

  • Position is based in an acute care hospital interventional radiology department
  • Work schedule is 4x10 hour day shifts, Monday through Friday, from 7 : 00 AM to 5 : 30 PM
  • Rotating weekday call and call coverage every third weekend is required
  • Patient population primarily includes adult acute care cases
  • Epic charting system is used; prior Epic experience is preferred but not required
  • Travelers may not be first-time, prior travel experience is required
  • Local candidates within a 50 mile radius are accepted at a different rate
  • Must submit all time off requests with initial application to be considered
  • Return staff must have a break of at least 1 year before being eligible for assignment
  • Travel pairs are accepted for this assignment
  • Orientation modules average 3-4 hours and must be completed within first 8 hours if possible
  • Free employee parking is available
  • Latex allergies cannot be accommodated at this facility

  • Current ARRT (R), BLS, and ACLS certifications are required
  • Minimum of 1 year of interventional radiology experience required
  • Must have previous travel experience in a similar setting
  • Active Wisconsin or compact state license required prior to start; pending license may be considered but must be in hand
  • License required if applicable
  • Must be able to fulfill on-call requirements during weekdays and weekends
