The Opportunity :

The Day-to-Day :
Build and manage a client portfolio through outreach, referrals, and repeat business.Run crisp intakes, advise on market realities, and set clear search plans and fee terms.Source, screen, and present candidates with short, decision-ready write-ups.Drive interviews, prep candidates and clients, gather feedback, and negotiate offers.Keep your pipeline and notes current in the ATS so clients always know where things stand.Create consistent habits that lead to steady searches and placements.What You’ll Gain :
