Salary : $35 - $45 per hour

We are a precision manufacturing organization supporting complex, custom-built components for industrial and marine applications. The team operates in a modern shop environment where programmers and machinists work closely to solve real-world production challenges, not just run parts.

This role is ideal for a CNC Programmer who enjoys ownership of their programs, collaboration with the shop floor, and working on non-cookie-cutter parts.
