Manager / Associate Director - Project Manager(Financial Services)

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager - Data Engineering to lead and deliver large-scale data transformation and migration initiatives across Talend, Databricks, and cloud data ecosystems. The role demands a strong blend of technical depth and project delivery leadership , working closely with onshore and offshore teams to ensure timely, high-quality delivery across complex data programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of data migration and analytics projects across Talend and Databricks ecosystems.
• Manage a hybrid team of data engineers, modelers, architects, and data quality / security specialists across global locations.
• Oversee project planning, execution, and governance, ensuring milestones and SLAs are met.
• Partner with business and technology stakeholders for requirement alignment, risk management, and delivery assurance.
• Drive implementation of data pipelines for ingestion, enrichment, and integration, managing data layers, load strategies, ETL performance, and data security.
• Ensure robust data quality, masking, auditing, and compliance controls are in place.
• Produce clear project documentation, communication plans, and reporting for leadership visibility.
