Entry-Level Event Promotions Assistant

to join our expanding event marketing team. This role is ideal for individuals looking to start a career in

event marketing, brand promotions, event coordination, or experiential marketing .

You’ll gain hands‑on experience supporting

live events, brand activations, community outreach programs, and promotional campaigns . No prior experience is required — we provide

Key Responsibilities

Assist with

event setup, execution, and breakdown

for live promotions and activations

Support

event logistics , including equipment setup, vendor coordination, and guest registration

Help execute

Complete post‑event tasks such as
