Responsibilities

  • Build strong customer relationships and provide personalized follow-up as required.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service with speed, precision, and a friendly approach.
  • Expertly handle inquiries about insurance availability, eligibility, policies, changes, transfers, claims, and billing.
  • Employ a customer-centric approach to educate customers on diverse insurance options.
  • Collaborate closely with our agent to establish and achieve marketing objectives.
  • Demonstrate unwavering dedication and a strong work ethic, ensuring success on a daily basis.
