Job Title : Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBAs) – Full-Time / Part-Time / 1099 Contractor

Location : [City, Georgia] (On-Site / Hybrid / Remote Options Available)

Salary :

  • $90,000 - $100,000+ per year (Full-Time)
  • $70 - $120 per hour (1099 Contractor)

    • Responsibilities :

  • Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBA) and develop individualized treatment plans.
  • Supervise and train Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
  • Provide parent and caregiver training to enhance therapy outcomes.
  • Ensure compliance with insurance and Medicaid billing requirements.
  • Collaborate with teachers, speech therapists, and parents to support children’s development.
  • Maintain data collection and progress reporting using ABA software.

    • Requirements :

  • Preferred  experiencing in launching new ABA services and managing operations successfully.
  • Must have Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBAs) certification.
  • Must be licensed in Georgia (or willing to obtain).
  • Experience in pediatric ABA therapy preferred.
  • Strong leadership & communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage RBT teams.
  • Passion for helping children and families succeed.

    • Work Setting :

  • Clinic-Based / Childcare Center ABA Services.
  • Home-Based ABA Therapy (Optional)
