Manage the identification, development and implementation of controls for equipment and machinery through the application and monitoring of preventative maintenance and implementation of predictive maintenance under a cost controlled environment for the profitability of the business
Diagnose the origin of failures in equipment and machinery through analysis methodology and equipment specifications
establish the plans and procedures that guarantee the capacity of assets as well as the continuous functionality and safety of the facilities and equipment based on the TPM methodology
Maintain active plant capacity based on the guidelines of each business unit
Monitor maintenance indications according to goals established by each business unit
Manage preventive, corrective maintenance and repair tasks according to TPM procedures and methodology
Manage the budget of expenses and maintenance projects to local and foreign equipment, machinery, spare parts and services based on the established plans
Define the hierarchical structure and systemized classification of plant assets according to the data of the organization
Assist with the supervision and implementation of CAPEX projects
Evaluate projects on site, review work of contractors, coordinate and supervise activities related to the maintenance and repair of cuilding and equipment systems and close out projects
Be on call for all facilities related emergencies
Negotiate, review and maintain contracts for third party contractors/vendors
Bachelor's degree required
3-5 years experience with process improvement preferably as it relates to maintenance processes and functions
