We are looking for an energetic and people and guest obsessed District Manager. A minimum of 3 years as a Restaurant Multi Unit Manager is a prerequisite, along with keen financial acumen and strong multitasking and communication skills. Please share your resume for consideration.
District Manager Requirements :
- A minimum of 3 years as a current multi-unit manager in a full service concept with responsibility for at least 6 units
- At least 3 years as a restaurant GM previous to the multi-unit experience with career progression
- Strong with financials
- FOH and BOH management experience
- Able to work independently
- Able to be a cheerleader with a positive attitude, while digging into the financials and making corrections as needed
- High-energy, passionate, caring, hard-working, results-oriented, and service-minded
- Hold teams accountable while creating enthusiasm
- Your career path and tenure must make sense and the reasons for leaving employers must be good ones
- Strong references from current and / or prior supervisors
District Manager Benefits :
