Hourly Rate : $25.00 / hour + comprehensive benefits
Hours : 30+ hours / week, occasional evening and Saturday hours, 30 hours / week during recess periods Site Supervisors cannot leave earlier than 5 : 30pm two days per week, the Site Supervisor and Lead cannot leave early on the same days, Site Supervisors must arrive no later than 1 : 30pm two days per week, BGCGG will accommodate school schedules based on these set guidelines. Proof of schedule is required and Site Supervisors must be willing to transfer.
Location : One of BGCGG's various ASES sites
Primary Function : Manages overall daily operations of the designated ASES funded school site program with the primary concern for programs and service delivery, supervision and training of staff and volunteers, facilities management, community relations and membership administration.
Leadership
- Establishes vision and goals for the program; demonstrates work ethic; actions reflect the mission and values of the organization
- Conducts and follows policies and procedures in School Age Handbook and Employee Handbook
- Adheres to GGUSD and BGCGG policies and procedures; provides guidance and resources to staff and volunteers as necessary
- Provides coaching as necessary; delivers organizational and club changes to staff and volunteers in a positive manner
- Provides positive praise and utilizes motivational tools with staff and volunteers; uses sound judgment
- Solicits feedback and gathers employee and volunteers buy-in when making decisions to ensure employees and volunteers feel valued and allow for creativity and idea generating; establishes an environment in which employees and volunteers are collaborating and are implementing BUIC in all program pieces
Supervision

Qualifications
At least 18 years of age or at least 20 years old if working with intermediate aged membersAssociate's degree (or 60 college units completed) and 1 year of supervisory experience or proof of post-secondary education and 2 years of BGCGG Lead or equivalent experience2 years of experience working with school-age children in a group supervision settingBilingual capabilities preferredReliable transportation, safe driving record with two years of driving experience, CA driver license and automobile insuranceMust maintain valid CPR certification throughout employment through BGCGG CPR Program or through another acceptable CPR certification agencyKnowledge, Skills & Abilities
