Norwood Social Co. is hiring : Social Media & Content Marketing Intern in Nashvil

Role Description We’re looking for a Winter Social Media Intern based in Nashville to support our growing team at Norwood Social Co.

In this role, you’ll help bring brands to life online through content ideation, short-form video editing, graphic design, posting and ongoing strategy support.

Assist SMM with designing graphics, social posts, and advertisements that align with each client’s brand identity.

Assist SMM with editing and produce short-form video content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and other platforms.

Write compelling captions tailored to each brand’s tone of voice.

Schedule, post, and maintain content across client accounts as needed.

Stay on top of trends, audio, and platform updates to ensure content feels current and engaging.

1+ years of marketing and social media management experience .

~ Strong portfolio showcasing short-form video editing and design work .

~ Proficiency with Canva and CapCut (Adobe Suite a plus).

~ Experience juggling multiple projects / clients simultaneously .

~ In Office Hybrid Setting

Term : Week of October 1st-End of December (with potential to extend based on performance)
