AI Product Manager

We are seeking a visionary and hands-on AI Product Manager to lead the integration of AI across our Front-office Platforms, with a focus on both client-facing innovation and internal product development efficiency. Ideal candidates will bring experience in Order Management and Execution Management Systems (preferably Eze), and a passion for applying AI to solve real-world problems in trading, analytics, and compliance.
This role will serve as the business owner for AI initiatives, bridging strategy and execution. You'll work cross-functionally with engineering, design, data science, and senior leadership to identify opportunities where AI can either enhance client-facing features or accelerate and modernize the software development lifecycle, even when the end product doesn't visibly include AI.

What You Will Get To Do :
AI Strategy & LeadershipDefine and drive the AI roadmap across front-office platforms, balancing client-facing innovation with internal development efficiency.Own the vision and execution of AI initiatives, ensuring alignment with business goals and measurable outcomes.Identify opportunities to use AI for : Enhancing trading, modeling, analytics, reporting, and compliance workflows. Streamlining SDLC processes such as testing, documentation, and feature prototyping.Cross-Functional CollaborationTranslate complex business needs into actionable technical requirements for engineering and data science teams.Collaborate with UI / UX designers to build intelligent, intuitive interfaces for financial workflows.Partner with QA and data teams to validate AI models and ensure production-grade performance.Product Design & DevelopmentLead the design and delivery of AI-enhanced features such as : Smart UI components, Predictive analytics, Natural language interfaces, Automated compliance checks, Intelligent reporting and modeling tools.Champion the use of AI tools to accelerate development, even for non-AI features.Governance & Best PracticesEstablish best practices for AI usage across the organization, including prompt engineering, model selection, and ethical guidelines.Develop policies for responsible AI development, deployment, and monitoring.Client & Stakeholder EngagementPresent AI capabilities and product enhancements to clients, prospects, and internal stakeholders.Gather feedback and incorporate insights into the product roadmapWhat You Will Bring :
Strong understanding of AI / ML concepts including NLP, predictive modeling, and recommendation systems.Experience with AI platforms and tools (e.g., Anthropics and CoPilot).Familiarity with financial systems, especially OMS / EMS platforms.Ability to write clear business and technical specifications.Experience with Agile methodologies and tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).Knowledge of data governance, model validation, and compliance frameworks.Qualifications
5+ years of product management experience, with at least 2 years focused on AI or data-driven products.Experience in financial services or fintech, particularly in trading or portfolio management platforms.Strong communication and leadership skills; able to influence cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders.Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
