Job Description

Puget Sound Home Health and Hospice is a Medicare-certified agency seeking someone just as passionate as we are about providing quality patient services to join our team as a Registered Nurse.

Job Details :

Status : Full Time - Regular - Exempt

FTE : 1.0

Location : Pierce and King County

Wage Range : $100,000-$125,000 Annual

Job Duties & Responsibilities :

Patient Care

• Completes an initial, comprehensive and ongoing assessments of patient and family to determine hospice needs. Provides a complete physical assessment and history of current and previous illness(es).
• Provides professional nursing care by utilizing all elements of nursing process.
• Assesses and evaluates patient's status by :

Writing and initiating plan of care

Communication
