It provides a collaborative and high-impact environment, working closely with regional marketing teams, sales, and growth operations. You’ll have the ability to shape how enriched data and personalized workflows support full-funnel campaigns across multiple regions, with direct influence on delivering faster, smarter sales cycles through automation, personalization, and intelligent lead segmentation. All of this takes place within a fast-paced, product-driven company culture that prioritizes performance, personalization, and meaningful impact.

What you bring

• Several years of experience in marketing operations, automation, or demand generation.
• Deep understanding of marketing tech stacks and a passion for building scalable, intelligent systems.
• Fluency with Salesforce, HubSpot, Outreach, Openprise, and enrichment platforms like ZoomInfo, Clearbit, Clay, etc.
• Solid knowledge of API integrations, data flow architecture, and anti-spam best practices.
• Strong background in lead routing, deliverability, and multi-inbox infrastructure.
• A highly autonomous mindset, with a bias for action and optimization.
• Collaborative nature and experience partnering with campaign and regional teams to drive impact.
• Writes and speaks fluent English. Other languages are a plus.
• Experience working remotely is not required but is considered a plus.
