The Ned and Ned’s Club are a global collection of hotels, clubs, spas, and restaurants for like-minded individuals to meet, work and have a good time.

Seven years after launching The Ned London in 2017, we are proud to have opened Ned’s Club in the US capital in 2025, our fourth and newest location.

The Property…

Ned’s Club Washington DC is a members’ club set over three floors of a neoclassical style building situated within President’s Park at 734 15th Street NW. The Riggs Building sits opposite the US Treasury and was constructed in 1930. The 12-story building is located around the corner from the White House and sits above the Milken Center for Advancing the American Dream, formerly the historic Riggs Bank Corcoran branch.

The Club has a Rooftop Terrace and Loft Restaurant with views overlooking the White House, US Treasury and Washington Monument, plus a Founder’s Dining Room, The Library, Drawing Room, Gallery and Conservatory. On level nine, there is a self-contained floor of private event spaces.

As a Food and Beverage Supervisor and a key part of the leadership team, you will:

• Assist management in maintaining consistent delivery and ongoing improvement of service standards in alignment with company expectations.
• Maintain knowledge of all team roles to effectively support or step in as needed.
• Oversee daily operations of all dining outlets functions, ensuring timing, quality control and efficiency.
• Maintain thorough knowledge of our food and beverage menus to assist both the Ned’s Club DC team and members confidently.
• Ensure a welcoming experience by handling guest concerns with empathy and professionalism, turning challenges into opportunities for positive member experience.
• Assist with administrative tasks as assigned.
• Take on additional responsibilities as directed by management.
• Train in all roles that support the restaurant starting from Food Runner to Bartender

What you can bring to the role:

• Previous experience in food and beverage operations, a proven track record of delivering outstanding food, guest experiences, and people management is preferred.
• Positive, professional attitude with the ability to maintain composure under pressure.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for delivering warm, personalized service.
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Our operation can be a high-pressure environment, but you’ll be the steady presence that our team look to, so a calm demeanor and a genuine passion for providing guests with an exceptional experience every time is essential
• Capable of standing and walking for long periods of time throughout a shift.
• In our Club spaces you may be looking after high-profile people who value their privacy, so a degree of confidentiality is non-negotiable
• Able to work a flexible schedule to include morning, nights, weekends and holidays
• Ability to push, pull and lift up to 35 pounds
