Key Responsibilities :

• Guest Service Excellence : Engage with guests in a friendly, welcoming manner and ensure they have an unforgettable experience from the moment they sit down to the moment they leave.
• Craft Quality Drinks : Efficiently and accurately prepare cocktails, beers, and other beverages while following recipes and service standards.
• Multi-Tasking : Handle multiple guest orders, maintain a clean and organized bar, and restock supplies—all while providing exceptional service.
• Team Collaboration : Work closely with front-of-house staff and kitchen team to ensure smooth service, especially during busy times.
• Upsell and Recommend : Suggest drink pairings, menu items, and promotions, using your knowledge to enhance the guest experience and increase sales.
• Bar Maintenance : Keep the bar area clean, organized, and stocked throughout your shift, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.

Founded in Pasadena, California, in 2010, Dog Haus has grown to over 50 locations across the U.S. and continues to expand. To chase it down, guests can select great craft beers from a tap list emphasizing local favorites or a signature cocktail, and they can finish their meals on a sweet note with premium shakes or soft-serve ice cream. Open for lunch and dinner daily, guests can choose from signature, one-of-kind Haus creations or customize their own from a wide array of unique toppings.
