Job Description

Job Title : Associate Manufacturing Engineer

Location : Oshkosh, WI

Contract Length : 12-month contract (10 / 28 / 2025 - 10 / 27 / 2026)

Schedule : 40 hrs / week | Routine shift hours, infrequent OT

Pay : $33 / hr

Associate Manufacturing Engineer Qualifications :

• Bachelor's degree in Operations, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• U.S. Citizen.
• Capable of creating drawings and performing tolerance stack-up analysis.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Familiarity with CAD modeling software.
• Knowledge of mechanical designing and applying material science within a design.

The Associate Manufacturing Engineer designs new, modified, or improved components / process tooling according to engineering standards and project scope. This entry-level role provides engineering support to various manufacturing processes under close supervision.
