Salary : $250,000-$300,000 base; equity eligible; comprehensive benefits

Company Description

We are a third-party recruiting partner representing a fast-growing enterprise AI company building production-grade conversational agents used by well-known brands. Backed by top-tier investors and recently funded at Series C, the company is scaling quickly and is investing in a world-class data function to drive product strategy and measurable business impact.

What You Will Do

• Lead the design, implementation, and interpretation of rigorous experiments (A / B and multivariate) to inform product and customer experience decisions.
• Perform deep-dive analyses on user behavior, product performance, and business outcomes; translate findings into clear recommendations.
• Define and evolve core metrics, data models, and dashboards to ensure consistent, trustworthy reporting across teams.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, and leadership to embed measurement best practices into development cycles and launch reviews.
• Evaluate and help reason about machine-learning systems (including LLM-based features) : clarify assumptions, trade-offs, and business implications.
• Contribute to the modern analytics stack (e.g., pipelines, modeling, and self-serve tools) that empowers company-wide decision-making.
• Communicate insights to executive and cross-functional audiences in a concise, persuasive way.
