Your Role and Responsibilities

• Conduct culturally sensitive, strength-based assessments for new clients and families, creating a welcoming environment for diverse backgrounds.
• Provide tailored outpatient therapy for individuals and families, fostering healing and resilience.
• Develop comprehensive crisis, safety, and wellness plans to empower clients on their mental health journey.
• Engage in case consultations and agency meetings to enhance client care.
• Ensure timely completion of documentation, billing, and treatment plans, maintaining high professional standards.
