Travel Nursing Job Details

Location : Manchester, NH 03102 (New Hampshire healthcare jobs)

Assignment Length : 13 weeks (Start : 11 / 17 / 2025 – End : 2 / 16 / 2026)

Setting : Med / Surg Telemetry, 47-bed unit

Shift : 7 : 00 PM – 7 : 00 AM (12-hour night shifts)

Hours per Week : 36

Schedule : Every other weekend required

Dress Code : Scrubs (no assigned color)

Estimated Weekly Salary Range : $1780-$1910

Registered Nurse Qualifications

Active RN license (Registered Nurse)

BLS and ACLS certifications required

Minimum 1 year of recent Med / Surg Telemetry nursing experience

Proficient telemetry skills

Strong work ethic and ability to thrive in a collaborative healthcare team

Preferred : Bariatric and cardiac nursing experience

Med / Surg Telemetry RN Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality nursing care to Med / Surg Telemetry patients with moderate acuity

Monitor and interpret telemetry rhythms for cardiac and vascular patients

Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare professionals, including charge nurses, LNAs, monitor techs, and clinical support staff

Utilize medical equipment such as Alaris pumps, bladder scanners, chest tube drainage systems, Dinamaps, and vein finders

Document patient care using the Sunrise EMR system

Float to other Med / Surg Telemetry units as needed

Adhere to all unit guidelines, hospital policies, and best practices
