Hours : 7 : 00am-3 : 30pm

About the Role

QPS Employment Group is seeking a detail-oriented and people-focused HR Coordinator to support a leading manufacturing organization in Spring Grove, IL. This role plays a key part in supporting the HR team with daily operations including employee relations, onboarding, benefits administration, and compliance. The ideal candidate is organized, professional, and passionate about creating a positive workplace experience.

Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To :

• Support daily HR operations and serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries.
• Assist with recruiting activities including job postings, interview coordination, and new hire documentation.
• Coordinate onboarding and orientation programs for new employees.
• Maintain accurate and confidential employee records in HRIS systems.
• Assist with benefits enrollment, employee status changes, and leave administration.
• Support payroll processing activities and maintain related documentation.
• Help ensure compliance with federal and state employment laws and company policies.
• Assist with HR projects and initiatives such as engagement programs, recognition events, and training coordination.
• Prepare reports and track HR metrics as needed.
• Provide administrative support to the HR Manager and leadership team.
