Position Overview :

  • We are currently hiring Door to Door Canvassers to join our Knock to Close campaign.
  • This role is perfect for motivated, goal-oriented individuals with a passion for renewable energy and direct sales.
  • As a canvasser, you will be on the front lines, generating appointments and driving sales through face-to-face interactions with potential customers in the Hillsborough area.
  • Day-to-Day Responsibilities :

  • Canvassing : Engage with potential customers through door-to-door outreach, effectively communicating the benefits of solar energy. - Appointment Setting : Generate and schedule appointments for our sales team, aiming to close deals on the spot. - Reporting : Provide nightly reports on your progress and participate in daily meetings, either in-person or virtually. - Outdoor Work : Spend a minimum of 5 hours daily canvassing outdoors, including Saturdays.
  • Qualifications :

  • Experience : Minimum of 6 months to 1 year of solar experience, particularly in door-to-door sales. - Skills : Strong people skills, a positive attitude, and goal-oriented mindset are essential. - Work Ethic : Ability to work independently with a strong work ethic. - Transportation : Must have reliable transportation.
