Float Pool Registered Nurse - ED Boarding, Med / Surg, ICU - Night Shift

As part of our Flexible Pool, you will rotate between ED Boarding, Medical-Surgical, Telemetry, and ICU support units at Aurora St. Luke's Medical Center, gaining diverse experiences and enhancing your clinical expertise.

As a Registered Nurse, you will coordinate comprehensive patient care, employing evidence-based practices and ensuring patient safety through skilled communication and clinical excellence. You will anticipate and respond proactively to changes in patient conditions and foster a safe and therapeutic environment.

Licenses & Certifications : Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which the nurse practices, along with Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification from the American Heart Association (AHA).

Qualifications : Completion of an accredited Nursing program.

Experience Required : Typically requires at least 1 year of clinical nursing experience.

Skills : Strong communication abilities, excellent organization and prioritization skills, and a capacity for teamwork and leadership are essential. You should be adept at making critical decisions independently and effectively managing your time in a fast-paced environment.
