Job Summary
The Senior Project Manager plays a key leadership role in driving business transformation and system or process initiatives across the organization. This position is responsible for leading complex, cross-functional projects from concept through deliveryensuring that initiatives are executed on time, within scope, and within budget. As a strategic leader and skilled communicator, the Senior Project Manager fosters strong partnerships with stakeholders at all levels, promotes accountability across teams, and ensures alignment with business objectives. This role may include direct leadership and development of other Project Managers or project team members.

The annual salary for this position is : $115,700.00 to $140,000.00. This position is eligible for an annual bonus in accordance with the company's bonus plan. Factors which may affect starting salary include geography, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
