Pokmon was launched in Japan in 1996 and today is one of the most popular children's entertainment properties in the world.

Job Summary

Join the transformation journey at The Pokmon Company International as a Senior Program Manager supporting the Head of Business Process Transformation. In this role, you will be a key driver of operational excellence, cross-functional collaboration, and strategic execution across our Trading Card Game (TCG) value chain and enterprise systems. You will lead critical programs, support enterprise technology enhancements, and champion continuous improvement initiatives that shape the future of how we operate and deliver value to Pokmon fans worldwide.

What You'll Do

• Program Leadership & Execution

Serve as the Program Manager for the TCG Value Chain, ensuring seamless coordination across functions, timely milestone delivery, and proactive risk mitigation.

Partner with TCG operations teams to gather, prioritize, and deliver enhancements for CRM, ERP, and PLM systems.

Support the Head of Business Process Transformation in executing high-impact transformation projects across the organization.

Lead and support continuous improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies.

What You'll Bring

Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence without authority.

Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Asana).

Base Salary Range : For this role, new hires generally start between $127,000.00 - $151,000.00 per year. The full range is $127,000.00 - $191,000.00 per year. This range is applicable for the labor market where the role is intended to be hired. The final base salary is directly related to the candidate's qualifications and professional experience uniquely.
