Job Purpose
The North America Crop Harvesting Validation team, based in New Holland, PA, is responsible for validating combines and headers to ensure they meet performance, reliability, and customer expectations. The team evaluates machine performance, diagnoses malfunctions, and recommends design improvements across full vehicles and components.
As a Field Test Engineer Intern Crop Harvesting, you will work alongside experienced test engineers to support validation projects, conduct tests, and gain hands-on knowledge of harvesting equipment operation and performance. You will also have opportunities to take on independent projects while contributing directly to product improvement initiatives.
