Laboratory Manager Full Time

A well-established clinical facility near Lock Haven, PA is actively seeking an experienced Laboratory Manager to oversee the operations of its clinical laboratory. This full-time, permanent role offers competitive compensation and the opportunity to lead in a supportive rural healthcare environment.

Position Highlights :

Full-time, permanent leadership role

Annual salary : $88,000$115,000, commensurate with experience

Oversee daily lab operations, compliance, and quality control

Lead a small, dedicated team in a community-focused setting

Key Responsibilities :

Manage and coordinate all clinical laboratory functions

Ensure compliance with federal, state, and accreditation standards

Supervise lab personnel, scheduling, and performance management

Monitor quality assurance and implement process improvements

Collaborate with other departments and senior leadership

Qualifications :

Bachelors degree in Medical Laboratory Science or a related field

ASCP or equivalent national certification required

Pennsylvania Clinical Laboratory Supervisor license (or eligibility)

At least 5 years of clinical lab experience, with supervisory / management experience

Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
