They provide quality general contracting services in multiple markets such as education, healthcare, hospitality, office, and municipal. Job Description
Manage day-to-day operations on construction sites, ensuring compliance with project plans and safety regulations. Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, suppliers, and on-site personnel to ensure timely project execution. Monitor project progress and address any issues or delays promptly. Maintain accurate documentation, including schedules, budgets, and progress reports. Ensure adherence to quality standards and conduct regular site inspections. Communicate effectively with clients, architects, and engineers to align project goals and expectations. Implement and enforce safety protocols to create a secure working environment for all team members. Collaborate with the project management team to optimize resources and achieve project objectives.

The Successful Applicant
Experience managing ground up construction projects. Minimum 5 years of Lead Superintendent experience. Must be a union superintendent. Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, and quality standards. Excellent leadership and communication skills to manage teams effectively. Ability to solve problems and handle project challenges efficiently. Proficiency in using construction management software and tools.
