Immigration Attorney

A law firm seeks an Immigration Attorney in Edison, NJ. The successful candidate will represent clients in various immigration matters, providing expert legal guidance and advocacy. Duties

• Represent clients in EOIR court for Master and Merits Hearings.
• Conduct consultations and prepare clients for interviews.
• Draft motions, judgments, and legal filings.
• Lead and mentor a legal team, including assistants and paralegals.
• Oversee case preparation and ensure timely, accurate filings.
• Maintain strict client confidentiality and up-to-date case files.
