As a Solution Architect   you will work closely with clients to understand their unique requirements, design and implement solutions that address their specific challenges, and ensure that the technical solutions we provide align with our clients' business needs and goals.

This is an exciting role that combines technical expertise with technical account management. The annual base salary range for this role is between $130K- $180K (plus 20% MBO).

Key Responsibilities :

• Provide expert consulting on IT security, including training on SSH products, architectural design, project planning, risk assessments, and the development of custom scripts and tools.
• Act as the primary point of contact for customers, managing technical issues, leading support cases, and facilitating effective communication through regular conference calls.
• Oversee the installation, upgrade, and configuration of SSH solutions for customers, ensuring solutions meet high availability and performance standards.
• Develop and maintain custom documentation, including Key Operating Procedures (KOPs), knowledge base articles, and troubleshooting guides, while proactively resolving technical issues related to SSH products.
• Contribute to product roadmap planning by gathering customer feedback, and develop scripts and integrations to enhance SSH product functionality and automate processes.
