At least 2 years of leadership experience in a supervisory-level accounting position within a casino. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Great Plains, and General Ledger software or similar systems. Strong organizational and analytical skills. Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with guests, team members, and management. Experience in developing and implementing internal controls. Familiarity with financial reporting and project deadlines. Ability to analyze and interpret financial data for operational assessments. Proven track record of maintaining relationships with regulatory authorities and external auditors. Innovative mindset for seeking efficiencies in staffing, technology, and processes.
