Data Architect with P&C(Property & Causality) Domain

ROLE LOCATION(S)

Edison, NJ (Hybrid, 3 days in week)

• Hands-on experience on MS Sql, Data modeling, ADF and Azure ADLS, Data Bricks and CICD as Data lead. P&C(Property & Causality) Domain knowledge is required.
• Strong team leadership with demonstrated experience building and managing high-performing teams that rise to new challenges.
• Inspiring leader with a track-record of attracting and retaining great talent, raising the bar, and communicating with clarity and alignment.
• Deep experience leading data and analytics organizations within a complex multi-national organization.
• Proven history of successfully delivering data and analytics projects on time, on budget with high quality.

• Strong communication and relationship management skills.
• Ability to establish a clear strategy and roadmap which is well aligned with business stakeholders’ expectations and translate it into delivery excellence.
• Comfortable working in a flat lean organization which requires rolling up the sleeves and getting into the details
• Reinsurance experience will be preferred as will need to work from start.
