Description for Customer Service Representative :

• Answer incoming calls respond to inquiries or direct to the appropriate department
• Greet and assist walk-in customers in a friendly professional manner
• Answer questions and recommend products based on customer needs
• Accurately enter sales orders into the system for dispatch or will call
• Provide updates to customers regarding the status of their order or delivery
• Partner with the sales operations pricing and accounting departments to facilitate the needs of both internal and external customers
• Perform administrative tasks such as mailing invoices / statements printing copies of statement / invoices for customers completing new customer forms / credit applications
• Maintain a clean organized professional workspace
• All other duties as assigned by supervisor
