Job Description

To qualify for this role, you will need one of the following :

• Bachelor's degree in Hard Science with 2 years of Lab Experience
• Associate's degree in Medical Laboratory Technology or similar with 4 years of Lab Experience
• 48 Semester hours of Hard Science or Medical Laboratory Science course work with 2 years of Lab Experience

At BioLife Plasma Services, a subsidiary of Takeda Pharmaceutical Company Ltd., you will be inspired daily by the donors you meet, collecting high-quality plasma that becomes life-changing medicines. You will report to the Center Manager and oversee the general management of employees in the production areas.

Compensation and Benefits Summary :

We are dedicated to equitable pay and strive for transparency in our compensation practices. The estimated hourly wage range for this position, based in USA - UT - American Fork, is $22.19 - $30.51, subject to qualifications, relevant experience, and other factors.

U.S. based employees may be eligible for various short-term incentives, insurance plans, a 401(k) with company match, tuition reimbursement, paid volunteer time off, holidays, and sick and vacation time.
