Who will you be working with?

The Lead Material Specialist will ensure processes are identified, developed, and executed in a manner that will meet the operational goals. The candidate must be a self-starter with a proven record of being a change agent since you will be responsible for work that is less defined in scope. How will you make a difference? You will need utilize situational leadership abilities and experience to execute business objectives that make a positive impact on our short-term and long-term business goals. You will assist the Materials Manager on all matters related to the material operation including customer interaction as it relates to LHFM commitments and OTC sales.

What do we want to know about you?

• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited College or University (or High School Diploma / GED with a minimum 4 years of experience in a materials management or operations position)
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a materials management, operations, inventory control, or logistics role

You may also be asked to perform other duties outside of your function or trade, for which adequate training will be provided if necessary. Our job titles may span more than one career level. The salary range for this role is between $18.00 - $23.00 per hour. The actual salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors, such as : training, transferable skills, work experience, education, business needs, market demands, and work location.
