In this role, you'll deliver exceptional service to clients through inbound phone calls focused on providing education, solutions, and long-term investing options regarding employer-sponsored retirement plans. You'll take a consultative approach with retirement and 401k plan participants, utilizing multiple computer applications and internal resources to offer them world-class solutions. Here, you will take charge of your own professional journey by attending a structured training program, participating in on-the-job learning, and receiving individual coaching and support, with a focus on growing your expertise on retirement products and services. If you are eager to pursue a career in finance, enjoy working in a team setting, and share our passion for serving clients - this role is for you. In addition to the salary range, this role is also eligible for bonus or incentive opportunities. The office is located at 2423 E. Lincoln Drive, Phoenix AZ. The New Hire Training Class is January 12th, 2026.

Required Qualifications

• Ability to work full time on-site during Schwab's training program, followed by a hybrid work schedule.
• Ability to work various shifts to serve our clients, with availability Monday-Friday any time between 6 : 30am to 8 : 00pm Local AZ Time.
