Claims Quality Analyst

A company is looking for a Claims Quality Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

Review, research, investigate, and audit claims while providing feedback on audit results

Analyze trends and provide feedback and reports to enhance claims processes and performance

Create, maintain, and track performance-related reports

Required Qualifications

High School Diploma / GED or equivalent work experience

Must be 18 years of age or older

1+ years of experience in analyzing and solving customer problems

1+ years of experience in claims processing or quality

Moderate proficiency with computer and Windows PC applications
